How awesome. Also, while attempting to do the first load of laundry I found the cold water shut off to the Washer. Warm worked but no cold. Turning it on produced a spray of water! I was able to tighten the hose with some pliers to stop the leak; this leads me to believe the previous inhabitant was not assertive. The kitchen faucet also leaks, due to a worn cartridge, and I think this must have been going on for some time. I will report it soon and get it fixed. Overall, I'm enjoying the setup.
