I am merely trying to watch commercials for prescription medication, as you can see in the photo. It does this really great things where the distorted lines slowly crawl up the picture, then the V-hold goes crazy when they hit the top of the screen. I have put in a request that the cable be fixed, as I have found the problem pervasive throughout the entire building (mostly to a lesser extent on modern televisions though..) Thank you.
